This album is the best of P.O.D. from their album The Fundamental Elements of Southtown to their latest album Testify. It even has some never released songs too. The opening track, Southtown, off of The Fundamental Elements of Southtown is a personal favorite of mine. It is one of the hardest rock songs on the album. Next is Boom, which is by far one of their most popular songs. The first never before released song on the album is Going In Blind. This song is one of the best songs they've done in a long time. Roots In The Stereo is next, and that is off of their most recent album, Testify. The next song, Alive, is off of the album Satellite, Alive is another favorite. The song Youth Of The Nation is next and after that is Sleeping Awake, which was featured on the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack. Rock The Party (Off The Hook) is next, this song really showcases their ability to blend Rock and Rap together. After that is Lights Out (which is my favorite track off of Testify). Goodbye For Now is next, then Execute The Sounds. After Will You is Truly Amazing (from the Passion of The Christ soundtrack). Satellite kicks it off next, then Set Your Eyes To Zion. Here We Go is a previously unissued track from the album Testify. The last track is If It Wasn't For You, which is from an old EP. Overall, a good album which is highlighted by a few songs that we haven't heard before.
